FAA recommends that all members utilize the attached lease addendum if you rent garage, carport, and/or storage units. This addendum has been approved by the Department of Revenue and using it will prevent you from having to collect state sales tax on the rental amount. The garage, carport, and/or storage unit rental amount should be included in the total rental amount for the apartment unit in your lease agreement.
