Blue Moon Software - Florida Lease Program
FAA participates in the standard lease program developed by the National Apartment Association and Blue Moon Software. Apartment communities that want to use this lease must belong to their local association. The program has benefited both members and the associations, providing a standard, flexible lease that is updated periodically to conform to changes in landlord/tenant law. When a community wants to adopt the lease, FAA verifies that membership is current (or asks them to join their local if they are not a member) and then authorizes Blue Moon to sign them up for an initial fee. The community can use the lease for all their residents by buying “clicks” on the computer, which are ordered through the FAA office.
