Apartment Data Sources
Information about occupancy rates, market conditions, and other data concerning the multifamily housing industry is fairly decentralized and hard to come by in certain markets. Some of the larger local apartment associations conduct periodic occupancy surveys, and FAA has for sale a comprehensive Salary and Benefits Survey from 2007. The companies below are either research companies or brokers that conduct local, state, and regional market analysis. They are often cited in local business journals and other publications.
