Local Apartment Associations also teamed up with MyRentComps:

*Note: If you are a regional manager with properties in several apartment associations, you will be able to log in from this website and see all of your properties and their comps. The regional manager will see FAA logo on all screens. Each property listed will then show which local association it resides in and you will be able to assign and email managers and leasing agents as they move around from property to property.
 
If you log in as a property manager, the website will redirect you to the local apartment association where the property resides.
 
In all cases, your properties can send all market survey callers to the local apartment association’s website where the property is located. They will not be able to gain access to your information unless they have updated theirs within the past 7 days!
